Splitter is a Microsoft Access utility that separates names stored in a single field into separate components making it a great tool for fixing poorly structured tables.
If both first and last names are stored in the same field, Splitter will split the name without disturbing your existing data.
It does this by creating new fields and splitting a copy of the name into the new fields as in the above example. A wizard guides you through the process |
