Tareas MSD is a visual task manager for windows (all versions). This program allows to organize visually the tasks of several people at the same time. The secretary will be able to organize her boss agenda, a professional will be able to manage his clients visits or a staff member will be able to control the activities of his personnel.
A Multiuser version is also available, which allows several users to access Tareas MSD information in a local network or even via Internet.
Tareas MSD is based on two basic concepts:
· Work teams: this program allows to manage the work of several persons individually or organizad in work teams. For this reason, the basic element for this program is the work team, which can contain one or more persons.
· Tasks: the activities developed by work teams are stored in records called Tasks, which can contain appointments, visits, manual works, meetings, etc.
Tareas MSD is very easy to use and can be configured to adapt many of its characteristics to the user preferences. The information can be filtered by simple but powerful conditions and records can be found searching by its fields content. The reports can be sent to the screen or to the printer.
Since the information this program manages is personal, some of its features provide a great degree of privacy. By using a password, the user can control the access to the program, to the configuration and to the program functions individually. Besides, data can be stored in encrypted format after closing the program to avoid unauthorized access. Thanks to the security options your data will be safe at home and at the office.
If you get used to Tareas MSD, you will find it a very useful tool. If you wish, you can configure it to be executed automatically every time windows starts.
