What Is The 'Solutions Genie'? The 'Solutions Genie' is a unique, all-in-one corporate brainstorming and idea filtering software application, that caters to an organizations need for continuous quality and process improvement.

~Ideas selected 'at face value' in a session, may be put through stringent filtering/prioritization processes which include multi-voting (by selection and points), multi-criteria selection, decision grids, idea ranking and final selection using force field analysis.
~Export filtering/prioritization processes to an excel form, which may be e-mailed to participants for their contribution. The faciliatator may then import the data from the excel form directly into the genie.
~Ideas that have survived the filtering processes may be incorporated into a drilled down action plan, where the responsibility for the execution of each step of every action may be assigned to a team or non-team member.
~The progress of the implementation of each action may be monitored using an automated Gantt charting facility.
~Entire projects may be archived for documentation or future reference all from within the Genie's interface.
