Ella for Microsoft Outlook is the first Smart Inbox Assistant™, which learns by example how to personally organize and automate the processing of email messages. Newsletters, subscriptions and confirmations overflowing your Inbox? Ella is great at handling these as well, by moving them into their own folder, which you can review when you have the time.
Organizes Your Inbox
Ella organizes your new messages, as they arrive in your Inbox, into the Ella folders. Ella does not delete any email, but moves them to folders, which you can review later. Ella lets you focus on your priority mail first.
Learns by Example
You train Ella how to organize your Inbox by showing it examples of your messages, and in which folder you want Ella to put similar messages as they arrive. Ella analyzes over 100 attributes of each message (including sender, subject, message route and content type), looking for related patterns. Based on this “associative memory” model, it determines how to sort your incoming messages.
Personalization Features
You’re in complete control. Its you, not someone else, who decides how you want Ella to organize your Inbox. You decide what is, and what is not spam. You name the Ella review folders and training buttons. And Ella works for you, as your personal assistant.
Point-and-Click Training
You train Ella with the Ella Training Wizard and the Ella Training Buttons. No more rules, white lists, black lists, challenges, etc. Just show Ella ten examples of each type of message you want it to recognize, and you can use the Training Buttons to improve its accuracy. Ella is easier to use and more flexible than any other email management product.
Adaptive Learning
Ella continues to learn and adapt to your needs, every day, as it processes more email. Ella gets smarter over time, and you can retrain Ella to organize different types of email whenever you want.
Integrated with Microsoft Outlook XP and Outlook 2000
Ella works within Outlook, and there is no costly server software for your IT department to install. If your company is already using spam-filtering software, Ella makes it even more effective by removing messages that it missed, and organizing your good email. If you have different email accounts or share your computer, Ella supports multiple Outlook profiles and Windows accounts on the same PC. And Ella works with Microsoft Exchange and POP3 email accounts. |
