Desktop Cycler is a utility to help you manage and change desktop items easily. It can changes and cycles wallpapers, screensavers, desktop themes, start menu icons, Internet Explorer/Windows Explorers toolbar skins (also well-known as Hotbar skins), and also all of startup/shutdown logos. It also contains list of hundreds resource sites that will help you easily getting all great and free desktop goodies.
