MakePDF for Word is an affordable alternative for converting Word documents to PDF files without Adobe Acrobat! The Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format that transforms each page of a document into an electronic image, preserving the exact layout of the original document. MakePDF is a PDF converter specifically for MS Word. A global add-in template is placed in the Word Startup directory during installation.
MakePDF for Word creates PDF files while retaining both the original document and the resulting PDF file. With MakePDF access to and alteration of important documents are controlled using encryption settings.
