PC Image Editor is a free graphics editor with many of the features of a professional product. You can edit images from a variety of formats; Along with the usual assortment of file operations such as Copy, Move, Delete, and Rename; adjust colors in photos; apply filters such as Hue, Invert, Colorize, Posterize; rotations and transformations; blur images; sharpen images. Additionally, it contains enhanced brushes and painting options.
PC Image Editor is provided as freeware for private (non-commercial) or educational (including non-profit organization) use. In these cases, you are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of copies of this program.
