By simply following a few sound rules you can lose weight slowly but surely without risking the kind of damage that comes from inconsiderate torture diets.
There are more elaborate methods that work, and those can support the traditional methods youll follow using this to eat more healthy.
Exercising: Youll use a similar tracking method for exercising. Design your own exercises, track how many you do each day and watch your reports confirm you are getting in better shape. Exercising and dieting work together for great results.
State of mind: You cant get in shape, lose weight or feel healthier iwith low morale. Balance is essential, and you can choose to track that essential, yet too often overlooked factor as well.
