LinkCollector is a bookmark manager for capturing and storing links. The program can effectively work with a large number of addresses, group Internet links into categories and is distinguished by a good set of features and a nice intuitive interface. After you start the program for the first time, it creates the Captured category where all links captured from the browser and imported from Internet Explorer Favorites will be added.
The program captures links from the active browser window (Mozilla, Firefox, Opera, IExplorer), it is enough for the browser to be above all windows for some time for that. Once you click the Add button, the captured link is added to the Captured category. You can just drag it from there in order to move it to another category or to the desktop.
You can also import links from Internet Explorer Favorites to the Captured category and back using the context menu by selecting one link at a time or all links in the selected category. A double click on a link will start the default browser, but if there are several browsers installed on the computer (IExplorer, Mozilla, Firefox, Opera and Netscape), you can open the link in one of them using the context menu of the selected link. |
