DcShare enables two or more computers to share Internet using either a Network (Ethernet) or a Direct Cable connection. DcShare supports HTTP, HTTPS, Socks 4, Socks 5 and FTP protocols. For Internet Explorer users I recommend to use HTTP, HTTPS and Socks.
If you designate an HTTP port in your browser proxy settings, the browser will utilize the HTTP protocol even if the Socks protocol is enabled. To enable only the Socks protocol you must leave the HTTP and HTTPS ports empty.
For AOL TCP (proxy) connection you can use the Socks4 or Socks 5 protocols. |
