Quickhead-E is a FREE Windows based utility that resides in the system tray, and monitors all of your POP3 and Hotmail accounts, notifying you via a popup summary screen when new mail arrives. Not will it only save you the hassle of ordinarily having to switch back and forth between your mail client and your work, it will also allow you to instantly mark unwanted messages for deletion, or to preview any important messages ahead of any less important mail.
It does this by retrieving the header part of each new message automatically for offline viewing. If more than one account contains new mail, you can instantly switch between your mailboxes to review any new messages that may have arrived. |
