X-Win32, also known as X-Win32 LIVE includes a new LIVE sessions option. LIVE Sessions offer the ability to reconnect to a running session on the remote host after the PC loses its connection to the network due to a Windows crash, power or network failure.
Users can also manually suspend and resume sessions and move sessions from one PC another and LIVE sessions feature LAN-like performance over Internet connections, making it possible to work effectively from home and elsewhere outside the LAN.
X-Win32 includes the Render Extension, which is used by modern Linux, UNIX, and BSD applications to smooth text fonts and graphics, as well as to provide high-performance alpha-blending for drop shadows, highlights, and graying out of inactive windows. |
