PDAFitness is the most powerful workout and fitness planning program available for Palm OS handhelds. Use PDAFitness to track your routines, workouts, and even clients in one place so youll be able to pull up information anywhere or enter it in no matter where you are.
Routines Setup workout routines to save time entering in your workout. Makes setting up future workouts easier.
Default Categories There are over 60 default categories that are now automatically installed when you run PDAFitness for the first time.
Sort and View Data You can sort and view workouts by type, date, and client. Client Profiles You can calculate the Target Heart Rate Range and track your clients age, weight, goals, health considerations and the program start date easily with the Client Profile Section.
Track Multiple Clients For physical trainers, PDAFitness offers the built-in ability to add multiple clients so you can track and view their progress without having to carry huge notebooks.
Check off as You Go Checkboxes allow you to enter the workout or routine and simply check off the exercise at the gym.
Seat Position The ability to add and save up to two seat positions is handy for keep track of exercise machine positions.
Beam Workouts Beam individual completed exercise events or entire records to another PDA. Add Exercises by Sets You can add sets when you add a new exercise to save you the time of entering in multiple exercises. |
