Ultrasoft Money makes it easy to keep your Microsoft Money information up to date while youre away from your computer. You can use your Palm OS handheld to enter checking, credit card, cash and other transactions while on the move.
Using AutoComplete, memorized transactions and the handhelds speedy Graffiti power writing software, Ultrasoft Money allows you to enter everyday transactions with only a few taps of the stylus.
Ultrasoft Money uses your Palm OS handhelds built-in HotSync technology to synchronize your entries seamlessly and directly with Microsoft Money – you just drop the handheld into its cradle and press the button. There is no need to re-enter or import/export data, and your accounts are always up to date.
Transactions entered in Microsoft Money on your desktop are downloaded to your handheld so you can see whats on the horizon before you write a check. And when you balance your accounts, reconciled transactions can be removed from the handheld to save space.
Ultrasoft Money allows you to set up new accounts and update account information on your handheld. It allows you to add categories and memorize transactions. Next time you synchronize your data, all your changes are uploaded to Microsoft Money, and changes made in Microsoft Money are downloaded.
With its included add-in modules, you can extend Ultrasoft Money to manage your recurring bills and deposits, work in multiple currencies, keep track of your budget and spending goals, and view reports and graphs.
Ultrasoft Money Family Edition allows two Palm handhelds to synchronize with the same Microsoft Money database – for less than the price of two separate copies. |
