If your requirement is to allow execution of only a specific application on a Pocket PC device, then PocketKiosk Builder is for you. PocketKiosk Builder generates CAB packages. These CAB packages installs PocketKiosk engine on the device. The engine makes sure that only allowed application is running. Any type of Pocket PC application (.exe/.vb/.NET CF) can be launched in full screen kiosk mode.
This way users can be restricted to use a specific application only and that application takes complete control of the screen e.g. you can run Pocket Internet Explorer in full screen kiosk mode, thus making sure users dont run any other application such as games, music apps etc. |
