Did you ever need a utility that would allow you to copy everything that exists below two different folders into a brand new folder that would contain only the structure of the original folders, or maybe the structure and the newer files from both folders or just one of the two folders, or perhaps the older files only, but on second thoughts only the folders and files that you would like to see copied?
